Q: Does Growing Growing Gone carry new clothing or gently used kids clothing?
A: All of our kids clothing is new.
Q: Where to do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to anywhere in Canada (all provinces and territories) or the Continental USA. If you would like shipping elsewhere please contact us at gggsales@growinggrowinggone.ca before ordering.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is a flat fee per order. The current rate is $13.00 for anywhere in Canada and $20.00 for anywhere in the Continental USA. The customer is responsible for any Custom's Duties and Tariffs.
Q: How are the orders shipped?
A: All orders are shipped by Expedited Canada Post
Q: Is there a shipping tracking number available?
A: Yes, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped?
Q: How long until my order will ship?
A: Your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
Q: Is local pickup available?
A: We are located in Whitby, Ontario. FREE local pickup is available for our local customers. After your order is placed we will contact you to arrange a pick up day and time that is convenient for you.
Q: What payment methods to you accept?
A: Payment by VISA, MASTERCARD or Paypal is available for all orders that ship by Canada Post. For our local customers in addition to the credit card and Paypal options, we also offer payment by Cash at the time of pickup (no cheques please).
Q: Where does the clothing come from?
A: The clothing has come from various suppliers in order to offer you a wide selection of brand names at different price points. All of the clothing is new, some of it is overstock. All overstock merchandise has been quality checked before it has been offered for sale.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Typically all sales are final, but if an error has been made with your order we are committed to working with you to reach a solution that is acceptable to you.
Q: How can I be sure the clothing will fit?
A: Every brand name can have a slightly different fit, although with baby and kids clothing sizes are fairly standard. We have provided a generic size chart for your reference. If you have any questions about a piece of clothing or if you would like specific measurements, please contact us at gggsales@growinggrowinggone.ca and we will provide any additional detail you need.
Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates?
A: Absolutely. Gift Certificates are a great baby shower or birthday gift. That way the parents or older child can pick out exactly what they like. Gift Certificates are available in any amount starting at $5.00. They can be mailed to the address you provide or sent directly by e-mail. You can even enclose a personal message. Gift Certificates can be purchased here.
Q: My purchase is a gift, can you please put a card in with the order?
A: Yes, we would be happy to pass on your best wishes.
Q: How can we reach you?
