Kids Sun Hat Sizing
When my son was two years old (he has a large head), I did find the Unisex Adjustable 0 - 2 year hat a bit tight, but he easily wore the Unisex Adjustable , 2 - 8 years hat. He is going into his second year with this hat, and there is still plenty of room to grow without looking too bulky or large on his young head.
In comparison, my daughter who has a smaller head got her first Snug As A Bug hat at two years of age and she also had no problem fitting into the Unisex Adjustable 2 - 8 year hat. These hats are designed to tolerate the general wear and tear of being a kid. My kids' Unisex Adjustable sun hats have been washed numerous times, and they still maintain their shape and have not shrunk.
